600 g rhubarb, chopped
100 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla
150 g oats
100 g flour
80 g butter
50 g brown sugar
Directions
- Mix rhubarb with sugar and vanilla in baking dish.
- Rub oats, flour, butter and brown sugar into crumbs. Sprinkle on top.
- Bake 35–40 min at 180°C until golden and bubbling.
