200 g quinoa
1 bunch asparagus
1 cucumber
Handful fresh herbs (parsley, dill, mint)
Juice + zest of 1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
100 g feta (optional)
Directions
- Cook quinoa.
- Roast asparagus 12 min at 200°C.
- Mix everything with lemon dressing and herbs.
