Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh or frozen peas

  • 1 onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 750 ml vegetable stock

  • Handful fresh mint leaves

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: splash of cream

Directions

  • Sauté onion and garlic 5 min.
  • Add peas and stock, simmer 10 min.
  • Blend with mint leaves until smooth.
