Ingredients

  • 600 g rhubarb, chopped

  • 100 g sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 150 g oats

  • 100 g flour

  • 80 g butter

  • 50 g brown sugar

Directions

  • Mix rhubarb with sugar and vanilla in baking dish.
  • Rub oats, flour, butter and brown sugar into crumbs. Sprinkle on top.
  • Bake 35–40 min at 180°C until golden and bubbling.
