Ingredients

  • 1 sheet ready-rolled puff or shortcrust pastry

  • 1 bunch radishes, halved

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

  • 150 g soft goat cheese

  • 1 leek, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil + fresh thyme

  • 1 egg (for wash)

  • Salt, pepper, honey for drizzling

Directions

  • Roast radishes and asparagus with oil, thyme, salt at 200°C for 12 min.
  • Roll pastry into rough circle on baking tray. Spread goat cheese in centre.
  • Top with roasted veg and leeks. Fold edges over.
  • Brush with egg wash and bake 25–30 min until golden.
  • Drizzle with honey before serving.
